Situated directly on a pink sand beach with views that encompass the turquoise, sapphire blue waters of the Atlantic and two cays (small islands) nearby, is Kataluma: a lovely, five bedroom, 5.5 bath oceanfront villa in Double Bay, Eleuthera, Bahamas.
This brand new (early 2009), approx. 5000 sq ft, two-level, secluded residential home is a comfortable, upscale family style home/retreat, with full central air conditioning, a heated swimming pool, convenient open floor plan on the main level, with large dining and living areas.
The lower level has another living room with home theater, a 2nd full kitchen/dining area and entertainment/recreation/billiard room. This home will accommodate up to 12 people comfortably.
There are patios and decks around the house, giving a variety of settings and views to enjoy throughout the days and evenings, for your choice of relaxation.

We had a fantastic week exploring your islands, beaches and way of life. We loved 10 Bay Beach and Rainbow Beach but the best snokeling was right in front of Kataluma.

Manasseh cooked for us a lot this week. He is highly recomeneded, especially if you have lots of kids that keep you at the beach all day. His food was out of this world, fairly priced and always on time.

Our time spent here was truly amazing. Call Calvin Jolly if you want fish and lobster. He will hook you up and watching him in action is half the fun. Wonderful guide on a beautiful boat.
